The fact that this Piaget Emperador model is the world's only gem-set skeleton tourbillon proves the rarity of such expert skill.

Piaget Emperador tourbillon skeleton watch, 32 x 41 mm. Case in 18K pink gold set with 151 brilliant-cut diamonds (approx. 2.4 ct). Buckle set with 26 brilliant-cut diamonds (approx. 0.4 ct). Sapphire crystal case back. Manufacture Piaget 600D gem-set skeleton hand-wound movement in pink gold, the thinnest mechanical flying tourbillon movement in the world (3.5 mm thick).
