Created exclusively for Piaget boutiques, this Piaget Altiplano watch represents the art of ultra-thin timepieces in a sublime setting. The 838D mechanical movement, just 3.1 mm thick and entirely skeletonised, is adorned with precious stones, representing a true feat of watchmaking. 174 diamonds adorn the extremely delicate bottom plate in gold, while 8 jewels mask the screws. An additional 91 diamonds are set around the movement, 69 on the bezel of the pink-gold case and 23 on the exclusive buckle of the alligator-skin strap.
