This tonneau-shaped watch, set entirely with baguette- and brilliant-cut diamonds, houses an automatic movement crafted by the Piaget Manufacture that features retrograde seconds and a power-reserve display. The original, geometric design and the striking diamond-paved dial exalt the delicate ballet being danced out by the gleaming hands.
